SHIPPING OPTIONS

At checkout, you’ll be presented with available delivery options, which may vary based on your location, order value, or the items in your basket.

We strive to dispatch all in-stock items within 2–3 working days via tracked services. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

GLOBAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship worldwide.

When placing an international order, please note:

  • Customs duties, VAT, import charges, and any other applicable fees are not included in your purchase and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your local authorities and must be paid to release your parcel.

  • We do ship to forwarding addresses, but once your parcel reaches the forwarding location, all responsibility and risk pass to the customer.

If your international order is returned to us due to refusal, non-delivery, unpaid import fees, or failure to collect, we will:

  • Not refund shipping costs, and

  • Only issue a partial refund of the item value (up to 50%) to cover associated handling and restocking costs.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their shipping address is accurate and up to date before completing checkout. If you move or need to make a change, please contact us immediately.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot intercept or reroute it, and we are not liable for parcels delivered to outdated or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

If your order contains multiple items with different release dates, we will ship everything together once all items are in stock.

If you'd prefer to have items shipped separately as they arrive, please contact us in advance. An additional shipping fee may apply.

DELAY/LOST ORDERS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to Royal Mail or international postal services.

  • Please allow 10 full working days from the date of dispatch before reporting a lost parcel.

  • If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee recovery. Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • We do not offer refunds for minor delivery delays caused by the courier, as these are outside our control.

DISPATCHES

Orders are collected Monday to Friday at 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

PACKAGING CONDITION DISCLAIMER

At Kronen-p0ps, we take great care in packaging every order securely. However, please be aware that minor box damage can occur during transit due to factors outside of our control (e.g., handling by couriers).

Additionally, Funko’s own quality control process may result in sealed cases arriving to us with minor imperfections or wear. These are considered normal for mass-produced collectibles.

Minor packaging damage does not qualify for a return or refund, as it does not affect the functionality or value of the item itself.

If your item arrives with significant damage that affects the product inside, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
